- Initial project was for Proud Mary’s Donuts 18 months later the restaurant changed their concept and well helped them re-imagine the space a 2nd time
- Steel column removed and existing wood beam reinforced with steel plating to remove obstruction and open up small footprint
- ADA bathroom and entry point
- Rear deck and seating area
