"A year later, we made the decision to renovate our unfinished basement. That project came out better than we had imagined. We were able to add a finished mudroom, workout area, laundry area and full bathroom in the basement. In addition, the Apiary team figured out a way to waterproof the basement so we no longer had to worry about water whenever we had several days of rain in a row. Not only did these changes make us excited to stay in our home (and not go through the hassle and costs of moving) but they were able to do all of this work at less than half the price of the next lowest estimate we received! Our family has nothing but great things to say about the Apiary. Not only do they have great vision and deliver excellent work but they do so in the most professional manner. We had the work on the basement completed during COVID and we were so impressed with their adherence to safety protocols and respect for our space.
